"About Me"
In case you didn't notice, I like mermaids! It's a thing that started long ago when I was a small child. I don't know why, but I speculate it might have been the peaceful world they seemed to have. My love of art and fantasy has been with me since I can remember. I've experimented with many different kinds of creativity, but I found my true creative outlet in polymer clay.
My goal as an artist is to create more than just a pretty figure. I strive for meaning, feelings, and emotions.
Although I may have something in mind when creating, I hope that each piece will have a personal meaning to you.
I am completely self taught and have never been trained in any sort of art other than reading a few books and some tips from other artists.
My style is constantly changing as I love to try different techniques as I continue to improve different aspects of my art.
I love creating fantasy dolls, such as mermaids, but I also do lots of other types of pieces, including humorous pieces! Most of all, I love being able to bring a smile to those who love them as much as I enjoy creating them.
